Group Public Speaking Coaching
For the founder who’s already saying yes to the stages, the podcasts, the lives, and is done watching those opportunities not turn into business.
You’re already doing it. You said yes to the podcast, took the stage slot, hit record on the live. You’re not the founder who’s avoiding the room anymore.
But you walk away from most of it knowing you pushed through rather than actually enjoying the experience. The story didn’t quite flow together. The expertise you know inside out came out scattered instead of structured. And somewhere in there, the opportunity that should have turned into a lead, a client, a sale, just didn’t.
You’ve probably already done the mindset work. You’re not short on confidence to show up. What’s missing is the structure to turn showing up into something that actually converts, and the presence to deliver it like you mean it, not just get through it.
That’s what The Voice Collective is for.

“I’ve been practising public speaking with Savanna and have felt my confidence increasing in leaps. She is very attentive to body language and content structure, brings fresh ideas to each session and is always happy to work flexibly. I thoroughly recommend her.”

“I can’t believe how productive I was. I feel so much freer and I finally have a clear direction. It’s very easy to get caught in my own head, and Savanna really helped me through those frozen moments with such warmth and support. The techniques she taught me genuinely worked. The first time I had to speak in front of a room of people I used everything she had shown me, and I got through it feeling relaxed and confident. That was entirely down to what Savanna taught me. It’s been absolutely brilliant.”

“I went into my session feeling really nervous about two big speaking events coming up. Savanna was spot on with how I was using my body, how I was walking on stage, and this thing I was doing with my hands that I had no idea about. She gave me practical tools for before, during and after being on stage, and incredible feedback on how to engage with the audience rather than just teach them. It was pure gold. She is the most beautiful, kind, compassionate, wise person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

You walk off the stage, out of the podcast recording, off the live, knowing you actually landed it, not just got through it.
The opportunities you’re already saying yes to start turning into what they should, leads, enquiries, clients, instead of a nice comment and nothing else.
Your story comes out structured, not scattered, so the audience actually understands what you do and why it matters to them specifically.
You stop over-rehearsing every high-stakes moment and start trusting that what comes out of your mouth will be worth hearing, because it’s built on a structure you actually know.
You’re the person in the room who’s remembered, not because you spoke the loudest, but because what you said actually landed.
You handle the difficult client call, the tricky conversation, the moment someone pushes back, calm, clear, in control of the room, the same presence that’s been missing from your bigger stages too.
This isn’t about getting braver. You’re already doing the brave part. It’s about making sure everything you’re already saying yes to actually pays off.
You’ve likely already tried the obvious things. Saying yes to more opportunities. Pushing through the nerves and doing it anyway. Telling yourself the results will follow if you just keep showing up. Some of that’s true, showing up matters, I’d never tell you otherwise.
But if the opportunities keep coming and the results aren’t following, the gap usually isn’t effort, it’s structure and presence. A story told without structure doesn’t resonate, no matter how much courage it took to tell it. And a talk delivered while you’re pushing through the nerves, reads differently to an audience than one delivered from somewhere calm and present, even when the words are identical.
The Voice Collective works on both at once.
We build the structure first, your story, your expertise, your signature talk, so what you say actually holds together and the person listening feels it too. We work on presence and nervous system regulation alongside it, not as an afterthought, so you’re not just getting through the moment, you’re actually in it and enjoying it.
And then we practise. Live. In the room. Witnessed by a small group of founders doing exactly the same work.
This is structure and embodied delivery together, not one without the other, and it’s the reason it works when just showing up more hasn’t been enough.
Everything inside The Voice Collective is built around five foundations, woven together across your six sessions rather than worked through one at a time.
V
Your actual voice. Warm-ups, breath support, resonance. The physical foundations.
O
Working with the nerves directly. Breathing techniques, peripheral vision exercises, visualisation, and the deeper work of stepping into the room as someone who belongs there.
I
Who you are when you speak matters as much as what you say. Building the internal architecture of someone who trusts themselves in high-stakes moments.
C
Your words need to work as hard as your delivery. Structure, storytelling, and how to say what you mean so everyone in the room feels it too.
E
The physical language of speaking confidence. Stage presence, gesture, eye contact, the things that tell a room you’re worth listening to before you’ve said a word.
I’m a Confidence and Speaking Coach for solopreneurs and founders. I help people who are already brilliant at what they do show up and be heard the way their expertise deserves.
My approach goes to where the block actually lives, in the body, not just the mind. Breath work, vocal training, performance skills, and speech curation, all built into one framework.
I know what it means to lose your voice. I had vocal nodules that took me off stages completely, months of silence and speech therapy. What came back wasn’t just a recovered voice, it was a clearer, more grounded, more powerful one. That’s what I teach from.
Losing my voice was also the catalyst for starting my first business, Madden Theatre Arts, an award-winning theatre school. I’ve grown and scaled that business to the point where I now mentor rather than run every part of it myself.
I host the Reclaim Your Voice podcast and speak on stages across the UK.
I built The Voice Collective because I know what it costs to stay quiet, and what becomes possible when you stop.
You’re already saying yes, the stages, the podcasts, the lives, but you walk away most of the time knowing you pushed through rather than actually landed it.
The opportunities are there, but they’re not turning into what they should, leads, enquiries, clients, the results that should follow from being visible this much.
You know your expertise inside out, but when you’re actually speaking, it comes out scattered rather than structured, and you can feel the difference even if the audience can’t quite name it.
You know your voice is directly tied to where your business goes next, and you’re done leaving that impact on the table every time you show up.

“I worked 1-2-1 with Savanna to find the courage to stand up in front of a camera. The guidance, tools and encouragement she gave me were exactly what I needed. She is devoted to what she does and time spent with her is genuinely valuable. I’m now able to film reels, go live and show up on camera without feeling like I’m being judged. As a result, I’ve grown my audience and I’m working with more clients in my business.”

“Since working with Savanna my confidence has grown tremendously. She helped me bring out my inner CEO and take control of my business. In the time we worked together I doubled my client base, opened a new branch of my business, started paying myself a monthly wage and am having a bigger impact in my niche.”

“Before working with Savanna I was presenting to audiences of 150-200 people and I was internally shaking, going word blind and feeling like I was on the verge of a panic attack. I’d just been pushing through for years because I thought that was normal. Since working together I have so much more confidence and I’m able to regulate my nervous system before hosting workshops and delivering talks to audiences of 200 people and more. Savanna’s vision and breathing techniques were life changing. She showed me there’s another way.”

Yes. Every session is recorded and uploaded to your portal within 24 hours.
That’s exactly who this is built for. The Voice Collective works best for founders who are already saying yes to stages, podcasts, and lives, and want what they’re already doing to actually convert. If you’re not yet putting yourself forward at all, get in touch first and we can talk through whether it’s the right starting point for you.
You can be confident and introverted. This is a warm, supportive environment, you’ll never be pushed to do anything, only ever encouraged to take part at your own pace.
Calls are on Zoom. Community and between-session support runs via WhatsApp.
The calls are biweekly. Outside of those, set aside at least two hours per fortnight for exercises and materials, more if you can. The more you put in between sessions, the more you get from the calls.
This programme is built for founders with an established business already behind them.
Due to the nature of this programme, all sales are final. If you have any questions before joining, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to talk it through with you.
